Savanna Grove is a neighborhood north of the city of Blaine, within the greater Minneapolis area. The community is situated near the junction at 125th Street and Harpers Street Northeast and can be accessed by either 126th Avenue Northeast or 128th Avenue Northeast.
This neighborhood is still under development, so most of the housing is relatively new. Ponds in the neighborhood, along with the privacy and uncrowded nature of its location, give Savanna Grove a rural appeal. However, the community isn’t far from all the conveniences the city, though private transportation is a necessity.
Residents of Savanna Grove who commute to work in downtown Minneapolis have about a 20-mile drive each way. Those working in Blaine have less than a six-mile drive.
