Lovell Square Park is another park that is just outside of the neighborhood. This park has plenty of well-kept green areas, making it an area with great scenery. The park is great for relaxation, as it doesn’t have very many good places to play sports. It does have plenty of nice places to walk and picnic within the park. The playground is great for young children.
The Minneapolis Farmer’s market is right across the street from the neighborhood. It is a great place for residents of Summer-Glenwood to get fresh fruit and produce. Multiple vendors sell many different products ranging from fruit and vegetables to meat and flowers. In addition, numerous vendors sell various crafts that they have made. The farmer’s market is one of the best places to buy groceries, and it is a great shopping experience all around. The farmer’s market even has Christmas trees during the winter months.
