Quail Creek Apartments for Rent

(hide neighborhood information)

Quail Creek is a Blaine, Minnesota neighborhood, also considered a neighborhood of Minneapolis. Quail Creek is arrived at via Radisson Road Northeast. Both Quail Creek Drive Northeast and Quail Creek Parkway Northeast lead into this neighborhood. All other roads within it stem from these two.

Modern homes with spacious yards populate this residential community. A few large ponds in this neighborhood give some of these homes a bit of waterfront. The roads leading in are also the roads leading out, so much of the surrounding area to the south and to the east is wooded. As a master-planned community, this is all a part of a plan intended to create a sense of privacy for residents here.

Just over a mile away from Quail Creek is Carrara East Park. In the wintertime, ice skating is an inviting attraction for the local community to enjoy some recreational time in this 7.4 acres. Summertime brings summertime sports, including baseball and softball, each on its own field. A playground gives the little ones an exciting place to play.

For another kind of fun, the Majestic Oaks Golf Club is about three miles from Quail Creek. Here, wintertime need not mean the end of the golf season. Snow golf has made its mark, and is open here all season long. 2011 brought it to the tournament level with Majestic Oaks Golf Club and 1500 ESPN radio presenting the inaugural “Frozen Balls Open.”

As one of the premier golf clubs in the Twin Cities area, this club offers all the amenities, including a bar and restaurant, banquet rooms, and outdoor ceremony sites. It won the Bride’s Choice Award in both 2010 and 2011. Summertime ushers in the opening of all three of its professionally maintained golf courses.

Residents of Quail Creek are about a 20-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis.
