Woods at Quail Creek announced its grand opening in March of 2011. This location was selected for its appealing setting in a naturally wooded area, with the intention to have a smaller group of homes giving it a neighborly warmth. The city of Blaine was named by Money Magazine as one of its Top 100 Best Places to Live, so this clinched the deal. This neighborhood is projected to grow to fill 44 sites.

The city of Blaine itself is a short drive from Woods at Quail Creek, at less than 10 minutes. It’s booming business community offers shopping, dining, entertainment, and various other services. Sports lovers can feed their fancy by attending or participating in events at the National Sports Center here. This is the world’s largest amateur sports and meeting facility.

Those with a passion for golf have a choice of two courses nearby. Majestic Oaks Golf Club is about three miles away, and Bunker Hills Golf Course is just over five miles from home at Woods at Quail Creek.
