North Haven Apartments for Rent

North Haven is a subdivision in Raleigh North Carolina. The neighborhood is located north of Sandy Forks Road and west of Falls of Neuse Road. It is south of Newton Road and east of Six Forks Road. The North Haven neighborhood is north of downtown Raleigh.

Homes in this subdivision are built from a variety of materials in a variety of styles. There are one and two story homes, classic ranch and split levels from the 1970s and more traditional modern styles from the 1990s and 2000s. The area has lots of trees and shrubbery. The yards are generous and vary depending on the street.

The local schools for the neighborhood are North Ridge Elementary, West Millbrook Middle and Sanderson High School.

The North Haven neighborhood is a very convenient location. Falls of Neuse Road has some great shopping and dining options. There is a Panera Bread and a TJ Maxx, Edible Arrangements and Red, Hot and Blue along with the Raleighwood Cinema. Six Forks Road has an abundance of commercial enterprises, all local that cover everything from eye care to pet care. The I540 is located nearby to give easy access to downtown.

For residents of North Haven who enjoy playing golf, the North Ridge Country Club is nearby. It is a private club that requires membership and offers 18 challenging holes of golf, tennis, an Olympic sized swimming pool and many other amenities to its members.

There are no parks within the neighborhood; however, Shelley Lake is not far and contains a 53 acres lake and park that offers many outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, boating and picnicking. Entrance to the park is free. There is a playground area as well as lots of open space.
