We welcome up to two pets per apartment, each under 100 lbs. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet apply. All pets must be registered through PetScreening.com and approved via an Animal Addendum. Restricted breeds include Chow-Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Pit Bull, Stafford Terrier, Rottweiler, Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Bulldog, and mixes with aggressive tendencies.
