Located conveniently between 26th Avenue North and 25th Avenue North, the Cumberland Gardens neighborhood is easily accessible to a number of fast food restaurants, Ted Rhodes Park, and Buena Vista Park, making it perfect for walking or for simply enjoying a day outdoors. Cumberland Gardens is also close enough to the highway which helps residents stay connected to downtown Nashville.

The Metro Center is also nearby and is home to many Government offices for Tennessee as well as numerous employers. The neighborhood is also close to Tennessee State University and Cumberland Gardens. Meharry and Fisk University is also nearby. Downtown Nashville offers convenient shopping areas, restaurants, and is home to the infamous Wildhorse Saloon and Coyote Ugly.
