Townhomes of Shadow Glen is a neighborhood located along Nolensville Pike, with I-65 to the west and I-24 to the east. This Tennessee community is accessible to a number of area recreational sites, shops, and restaurants.
For example, residents like to hop on I-65 and head north to the RiverGate Mall in nearby Goodlettsville. This mall, which is located on Rivergate Parkway, features a variety of retailers and restaurants and is anchored by such large-name retailers as Dillard’s, JCPenney, Macy’s, and Incredible Dave’s. Smaller, upscale stores represented at the mall include the Dakota Watch Company, OshKosh, and American Eagle Outfitters, just to name a few. People in the neighborhood are also close to the Hickory Plaza Shopping Center, which can be easily reached by walking or biking.
For residents who like to hike, the Radnor Lake Natural Area and Wildlife Refuge is a good place to get away and is located just west of the community. Visitors can see such wildlife as deer, squirrels, and raccoons and can ascend trails to ridges with terrific city views. For birders, the area is idyllic, as visitors often spot such indigenous species as yellow warblers, cardinals, flycatchers, gnatcatchers, and, of course, the state bird – the mockingbird.
For families and singles alike, the Townhomes of Shadow Glen neighborhood is a good place to relax from daily stresses and appreciate the quiet and amenities that come with living in the community.
