This community is bounded by East 31st Street on the north, South Memorial Drive on the west, State Highway 51/U.S. Highway 64 and East 41st Street on the south, and South Mingo Road and Mingo Trail on the east. Briarwood Park, a small neighborhood park, is situated within neighborhood bounds, between South 90th Avenue East and South 93rd Avenue. To the south, on the other side of the highway, are Commerce Shopping Center and Allstate Shopping Center.

Golfers living in Fulton have at least two options close to home. Within a few miles south of the community is Lafortune County Park, which offers a public golf course. Just west of that, near the banks of the Arkansas River, is the Southern Hills Country Club. For those who can afford the private membership, this beautiful club offers a scenic championship golf course and several dining options. This course has hosted three U.S. Opens Championships and four PGA Championships, among other major golf events.
