Brookside is a Midtown neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It extends from East 21st Street and follows the Arkansas River to I-44. Brookside is a trendy neighborhood known as a shopping and entertainment district. It features two strips that are major draws to the neighborhood: the fantastic South Peoria, which contains outdoor cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries. Riverside Drive follows the river and includes beautiful parks and idyllic views.

The river is popular for fishing, boating, rowing, and kayaking. Fishing piers are located along the south side of the Pedestrian Bridge on Zink Dam. The 66-acre Gathering Place park features nature walks, a boathouse, gardens, sports fields, a pond, playgrounds, a water feature, and a stage for concerts.
