Park Place of Tampa is a perfectly located neighborhood in the heart of the medical and educational hubs of North Tampa. Situated just north of Fletcher Avenue and East of Bruce B. Downs, Park Place provides quick access to big city convenience.

Park Place of Tampa residents also have excellent recreation opportunities. Just a few miles down Fletcher Avenue to the east is Lettuce Lake Park. The park provides access to canoeing, kayaking, and boating along the Hillsborough River, as well as many trails for hiking, running, and cycling. It is also common to see families and students enjoying the picnic areas throughout the park.
