Stonebridge Villas is a neighborhood in Westchase, Florida. The neighborhood is located to the north of Linebaugh Avenue and to the east of Montague Drive.
One of the benefits of living in Westchase is the access to golf courses. The area is absolutely littered with small courses that provide a variety of different levels of challenge. The closest is Westchase Golf Club off of Linebaugh Avenue. The other is Countryway Golf Club to the south off of Country Road 584. Both are about a mile away from Stonebridge and somewhat modest. They each have a professional shop staffed with golf pros who know about the game of golf. The courses provide a little variety in close proximity to Stonebridge, with numerous larger options throughout the region.
For shopping, one need only go about two miles from Stonebridge to the Citrus Park Town Center Mall. This popular mall has nearly 200 stores, most of which are major brand-name companies. The stores provide a great deal of variety to shoppers. The mall also has numerous quick-service restaurants and is surrounded by some of the biggest names in the sit-down restaurant world, including Olive Garden, Chili’s, Subway, and Longhorn Steakhouse, to name just a few.
Citrus Park Town Center Mall is also home to Regal Cinema’s Citrus Park Stadium 20, which is a 20-screen movie theater showing many of the most popular recent releases. It is also a popular hangout destination for area teenagers looking to spend time with their friends.
South of the mall off of Easy Street is a unique destination. The Big Cat Animal Rescue provides an opportunity for visitors to get up close and personal with major cats of prey. Handlers also help to educate visitors on captive animals, and of course, their wild counterparts. Bring your children here to see magnificent big cats.
