I will be transferring to NYC for my job and am looking to transfer the remainder of my lease at the Troy Boston (http://troyboston.com/). The Troy is a luxury building in the South End featuring two rooftops, outdoor pool and two gyms. The apartment itself is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom and is located on the six floor of the mid-rise building and features central air-conditioning (Nest system), in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and all new appliances. The bedroom for rent features its own private bathroom. The room would be available starting October 15th, through the end of June 2017. I would also be flexible for an earlier or later start date. Roommate works as a consultant in the Back Bay.
