Enjoy the view and lounge in style with access to a full-size gym. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. It features Shaker-style birch cabinets, tile floors, granite countertops, and full-size Energy Star GE stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. The living room includes a sofa, folding bed upon request, two chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four, and a work desk with a lamp. Parking is free for monthly stays. For shorter stays, parking is available at $45 per day with in and out privileges. Bikes are available for free, and guests have access to the gym, rooftop, and yoga room. Located in Back Bay, this apartment is conveniently situated 10-15 minutes from Kendall/MIT, Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center, MGH, Boston Medical Center, and Tufts Medical Center. Enjoy easy access to the city's vibrant neighborhoods and attractions. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed, with a $500 penalty for violations. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave, and do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. Includes a dedicated workspace with a work desk and lamp, offering both wired and wireless Internet access. A laptop computer is not included.
