Relax in the living room with a 60” Smart TV, or enjoy the comfort of memory foam mattress beds in the bedrooms. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, and access to a full-size gym. Parking is free for monthly stays. For shorter stays, parking is available at $45 per day with in and out privileges. Free bikes are available for use during your stay. Ideally situated, this penthouse is just 10-15 minutes away from Kendall/MIT, Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center, MGH, Boston Medical Center, and Tufts Medical Center. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Smoking violations will incur a $1000 fee. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave and do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. Includes a dedicated workspace with a work desk, lamp, and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. A laptop computer is not included.
