The bedroom also offers an additional flat-screen TV and dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining table. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or have a BBQ in the building's outdoor pool area. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
