There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. AC during the warmer months will be installed as a floor AC that vents through the window.
