Situated in a luxury building with an elevator, you'll feel at home with the convenience and elegance it provides. This furnished apartment features an open living, kitchen, and dining area, complete with cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Enjoy the warmth of bamboo hardwood floors, abundant sunlight, and the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer. The master suite includes a ceramic and mosaic tile bath and a spacious closet, complemented by a queen and king-sized bed. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet due to the special cleaning required after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking in Boston can be challenging and expensive, but we offer a limited number of spaces one mile from the building. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Located just steps away from public transportation, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the nightlife of Kenmore Square, this apartment offers easy access to the best of Boston. A short stroll will take you to Newbury Street and Back Bay, while the Fenway stop on the D Green Line is only a three-minute walk away. Keys will be in a lockbox located a six-minute walk from the unit. A $150 fee applies for lost keys. For stays longer than 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to reservation confirmation. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, with arrival instructions sent three days before check-in.
