Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lock-out fee. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a 'Meet & Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
