Please budget between $39 and $49 per night as North End area parking availability is very challenging due to the central location and various attractions. Located just 5-10 minutes from Kendall/MIT, Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center, MGH, TD Garden Stadium, Mass General Hospital, and Boston Medical Center. Boston University, MIT, Harvard, and Northeastern are also close by, making this apartment ideally situated for exploring the city. Quiet hours are between 20:00 and 9:00. If you need a folding bed, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate same-day requests, but it's not guaranteed if not planned. Each guest has 1-2 hours to check the apartment and report any issues. Requests after this timeframe will be postponed until the next day. All guests are required to provide government photo IDs for anyone over the age of 18, as required by the building management for safety and security.
