This is more than an apartment; it's a central hub for exploring and embracing the vibrant tapestry of Boston and Cambridge. If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate your same-day request as much as we can, but it's not guaranteed if not planned unfortunately. Do not interact with building staff or maintenance team, you must always communicate with us, as your host. A $500 fine will be charged for each day of your stay, if that rule is broken. Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom unless agreed with us before checking in. We may accept additional guests for an extra fee, violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions. Do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee, as outlined in your lease agreement. Includes Wi-Fi, work desk, free washer, free dryer, HDTV, central heating, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and iron. A laptop computer is not included.
