Williamsborough is a neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina. The neighborhood is located to the west of Lassiter Mill Road, off of Williamsborough Circle.

North of the neighborhood is a small shopping center, home to a sizable Target store. It also has Regal Cinemas North Hills Stadium 14. This movie theater is hugely popular with area residents and provides several screens for viewing the latest releases. The area also boasts an Ethan Allen Design Center and a wide variety of restaurants, including Starbucks, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Panera Bread, and Bonefish Grill.

For area golfers, a quick trip to the south about a mile is where Carolina Country Club is located. This large club is extremely popular throughout the region. The country club is host to one of the best-maintained golf courses in area. The course also has a large professional shop that is staffed by golf pros who are able to provide assistance with the course and the game of golf in general. The country club is also known for its large tennis program. The club has several courts made with different surfaces that provide an excellent playing area for league play, tournaments, and even private lessons. The club also has a swimming pool that is used for lap swimming and water aerobics, and offers a fitness center, as well.

Shopping in the area is done to the west off of Interstate 440 at the Crabtree Valley Mall. This large area mall provides a wide variety of shopping options with over 100 stores. Most of the stores in the mall are major name brands, making it a highly desirable shopping destination. Some of the stores in the mall include Macy’s, Sears, Best Buy, Aeropostale, Gap, Gymboree, Men’s Warehouse, Belk’s, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle, and Nine West.
