Tazwell Place is a lovely circle of grand houses in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mansions and two-story dreams grace the Tazwell Place neighborhood. Ornamental bushes hedge house fronts while enhancing Crepe Myrtles provide shadowed majesty. Within four miles is the NC Executive Mansion, the NC State Capitol, and Christ Episcopal Church. The Mansion and the Capitol are state historical landmarks and monuments. Christ Episcopal is an historic parish located in the historical district of downtown Raleigh.

Schools within the Tazwell Place district are Stough, York, Brooks and Lacy Elementary, Martin, Carroll and Daniels Middle School, and Sanderson High School.

Tazwell Place is set in a triangle. Hemmed in by Glendale Drive, Ridge Road, and the Raleigh Beltline, this location is perfectly situated and well established. In this same general area, the Blenheim Place neighborhood is located.
