Charleston Ridge Apartments for Rent

Charleston Ridge is a small neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina. The neighborhood consists of only a single road, Ridgecrest Court. The quiet community is known for having a number of children throughout the surrounding area, mostly due to the schools that are located close to the neighborhood.

North of Charleston Ridge is Lacy Elementary School and to the west is Martin Middle School. These schools are not only important to the area for the education they provide the area students, but for the recreation they make available. Both schools have playground areas that are used by younger children in the neighborhood.

To the east, off of Lake Boone Drive, is Rex Healthcare Hospital. This large hospital is the largest in the immediate area and provides much of the major medical care for surrounding area residents. The hospital is a little over a mile away from the Charleston Ridge area, making it extremely convenient, especially in emergency situations.

South of the Rex Healthcare Hospital is the North Carolina Museum of Art. This massive facility has numerous exhibits that cover a wide variety of art from around the world. The museum is known for constantly changing their exhibits throughout the year, which makes each visit a unique one. The museum is also a popular destination for area schools that use the large museum for field trips.

South of the museum is Carter Finely Stadium, which is where the college football team for North Carolina State University plays. This large school is located a little over a mile from the Charleston Ridge neighborhood, and the entire area is filled with school pride throughout the year, especially on game days.

Next to Carter Finley is RBC Center, the home of the professional hockey team, the Carolina Hurricanes. This center is also used for major events, concerts, and other large shows.
