Audubon Park is a neighborhood in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The neighborhood is part of the 55418 zip code and located south of St Anthony Boulevard, west of Stinson Boulevard, north of Lowry Avenue, and west of Central Avenue. Homes in Audubon Park are mostly older with the large majority having been built prior to 1940. Many of these homes are also detached with only a small number of multiple family dwellings.

Residents of Audubon Park are highly educated with more than half having some college education. Many of those have at least a Bachelors Degree. Average age for an adult in Audubon Park is around 30-40 years of age.

Directly within the neighborhood is Audubon Park and the and the Audubon Neighborhood Center. This area is a popular destination for area residents, especially those with children. The neighborhood center provides access to a wide variety of activities including a recreation center, fitness equipment, technology center, meeting rooms, and more. Outside of the neighborhood center is Audubon Park which has a baseball field, basketball court, tennis courts, large playground area, swimming pool, and a multiple purpose field for soccer, football, and other sports.

There are two major golf courses in the area as well. The largest is the Columbia Golf Course located about a mile to the northwest. The other is Gross Golf Course located to the southeast by about the same distance. Both courses are well maintained providing a high quality game of golf. Both also feature nice clubhouses with helpful staff. The two courses are among numerous in the area providing great variety in golf options for area golfers.

For shopping, much of the major shopping requires a bit of driving. There is however a Target which provides many of the day to day goods located to the south off of County Road 88.
