The park has white sand beaches and is frequently named one of America’s Best Beaches. It is a favorite place for saltwater anglers. There is a marina here and the island can only be reached by public ferry or private boat. Honeymoon Island State Park is also close and a good place to hunt for seashells and snorkel.
