Magnet schools near Grant Park include Franklin Middle and Williams Middle schools. Pepin Middle School is just northwest of the neighborhood.
Local public offerings include Ybor City Museum State Park, The Florida Aquarium, and Cyrus Greene Park Pool. There are many other public parks located throughout the Tampa area including Al Lopez Park where families can enjoy picnicking, jogging, the playground area, and hiking trails. A dog park is also available – all within a short driving distance of Grant Park.
The Grant Park neighborhood has many shopping choices available in the area. Target and Sears are both nearby, along with Channelside Bay Mall and East Gate Shopping Center. Grant Park is conveniently located near downtown Tampa where residents can take advantage of the local events, nightlife, and the many public services available.
