The Craven neighborhood is located in the Jacksonville, Florida area at the intersection of Craven Road and Sunbeam Road. The residents of Craven are just a short drive from the Gulf of Mexico. The Tivoli apartment complex is in this area as well as the United States Post Office.

The neighborhood was built in 1990 and home owner’s association fees are $17 per month. The Craven homes are on private tree-lined lots and the homes generally have attached two-car garages. In addition to single-family homes, there are townhomes in Craven in the subdivision of Edgewater at Sunbeam. These townhomes were built in 2005.
