We've previously rented to visiting scholars/educators and young professionals. The apartment has hardwood floors, a porch over looking a quiet neighborhood and the Blue Hills in the distance, new windows and new bathroom sink and toilet. There's a private entrance to the 2nd floor unit off of the garden. We're seeking a singular tenant. For a considerate renter we'll allow use of our washer and dryer in the basement. It's a quiet street with the Fairmount Line semi-commuter rail at the bottom of the hill and will get you to South Station in 15 minutes; #23 Ashmont-Ruggles station is free also at the bottom of the hill. There are several other bus stops close by #16 Forest Hills-Andrew Station and the #19 Kenmore-Fields Corner. There are local restaurants nearby, Stop & Shop not far and a number of convenience stores. Good credit is a must! No pets. Although there's plenty of off-street parking, if you're going away you can park the car in the back while you're gone. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES. A one year lease is required. The apartment is occupied until 11/30, so viewing isn't really possible until at least 11/1. We allow use of our washer and dryer in the basement only as long as tenants are considerate of the space and appliances. Utilities are not included (gas:National Grid, electric: Eversource).
