Hills And Dales Apartments for Rent(hide neighborhood information)
The Hills and Dales neighborhood north of downtown San Antonio is literally carved out of the densely forested hills surrounding this major Texas city. Grey Fox Road turns into Cotton Tail Lane and then becomes Cotton Fox Lane as the road rings the neighborhood. The builders also left a large open wooded space in the middle of the development, perfect for walking the dog or just getting a little lost in a not-so-scary forest.
May Elementary and Garcia Middle School are the closest public schools. Lutheran High School – San Antonio is the closest secondary offering. The University of Texas at San Antonio is less than a mile away, south of the Charles W. Anderson Loop. The University’s Roadrunner Football Team is a big hit with the locals and a good reason for a night out.
Recreational opportunities abound in this part of San Antonio. Six Flags Fiesta Texas offers thrills for the whole family, and the Shops at La Cantera Mall encourages exercising the wallet at Barnes & Noble and the upscale Nordstrom’s. Rancho Diana Park and the smaller, yet closer, Medallion Park are north of the neighborhood.
