Hill Country Villas is located slightly south east of the community of Hill Country Village. It is a gated community that sits right next to the Gardens at Brookhollow. The northern boundary is Heimer Road, Brook Arbor lies to the west and Brook Garden Lane is the eastern border. It is also directly west of the Twin Oaks Airport.

The location of Hill Country Villas is very convenient. The San Antonio International Airport is just a short distance southwest while San Pedro Avenue, AKA U.S. Highway 281, is close enough to provide convenient access to other parts of San Antonio.

Homes in this community are quite small – between 1150 and 1500 square feet. Most are two bedroom, two bathroom residences that were built in the mid 1980s. The community boasts a mix of one and two story structures. Although there are plenty of shopping, dining and recreation opportunities within a close distance to the neighborhood, it is also convenient to the main arteries that go into the center of the city.

It and includes a theater that boasts a 4-D Texas theme. The upscale Chart House Restaurant sits in the top of the tower and is a great place for a fancy date.
