Champions Golf Course and Alum Creek Arlington Park are also located in proximity to the neighborhood. Columbus’ Northeast neighborhood can be found to the immediate south of the Framingham community. The Mifflinville and Parks Mills communities form the northwestern and northeastern boundaries, on either side of the Farmingham neighborhood.

Framingham’s residents enjoy close and convenient access to several Columbus shopping centers. Among them, Northern Lights Shopping Center and Amos Shopping Center are both located to the west of the community, just a short drive away.

The characteristics of homes in this neighborhood range widely in terms of their age. Older, more-established properties date to the 1950s through the 1970s for the most part. The most recent homes added to the community were built in the late 1990s, some as recently as 2001. Homes with two, three, and four bedrooms are available. The price of homes in the Framingham neighborhood ranges from approximately $75,000 to $120,000.
