Framingham Neighborhood

The Framingham community in Columbus can be found to the west of Bridgeview Golf Course and Innis Park. Champions Golf Course and Alum Creek Arlington Park are also located in proximity to the neighborhood. Columbus’ Northeast neighborhood can be found to the immediate south of the Framingham community. The Mifflinville and Parks Mills communities form the northwestern and northeastern boundaries, on either side of the Farmingham neighborhood.

Westerville Road, Agler Road, Innis Road, and Surbury Road form the remaining borders. Cleveland Avenue and McCutcheon Road are located just outside the outer boundaries. The Framingham neighborhood is situated within the 43224 ZIP code.

If golf is not the favored pastime of a Framingham resident, there is no shortage of parks near the neighborhood to provide him or her with plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. Joan Park, Linden Park, and Kenlawn Park are all found to the west of this neighborhood.

Framingham’s residents enjoy close and convenient access to several Columbus shopping centers. Among them, Northern Lights Shopping Center and Amos Shopping Center are both located to the west of the community, just a short drive away.

The characteristics of homes in this neighborhood range widely in terms of their age. Older, more-established properties date to the 1950s through the 1970s for the most part. The most recent homes added to the community were built in the late 1990s, some as recently as 2001. Homes with two, three, and four bedrooms are available. The price of homes in the Framingham neighborhood ranges from approximately $75,000 to $120,000.
