Willow Creek is located in the 27604 zip code area of Wake County. About 1 mile to the southeast is Marsh Creek Park. This popular family destination was expanded in 2010 with new amenities. It offers a playground, picnic areas, athletic fields, and a community center. The skate park is a popular area with older kids and young adults.
Although Willow Creek has a rural appearance, there are still a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues nearby. Approximately 2 miles to the north-northwest are many large chain stores, including the Walmart Supercenter and Target. This area contains the Triangle Town Center which offers many businesses to fill the needs of the Willow Creek residents.
