The Wedges at Greystone is a subdivision in Raleigh. This neighborhood is located north of the city. It is off Lead Mine Road and includes the streets of Wedgeland Drive, Bluffside Court, Forest Glade Court, Rolling Dale Court, Wedgestone Court, and Ridge Grove Court. All the streets that are called “Court” are cul-de-sacs. The homes in this subdivision were built in the early 1980s in a wide variety of styles, most of them frame with wood siding. The residences are nestled on lots that are filled with trees. The whole area feels rural even though there are major amenities just a short drive from the neighborhood.
There is a clubhouse associated with Greystone Lake that residents have the option to join. Greystone Village consists of 16 neighborhoods, one of which is the Wedges at Greystone. Clubhouse amenities include tennis, basketball, volleyball, and a picnic area that overlooks the lake. In order to use the swim club, there is a charge, which is lower for residents than for non-residents. Greystone Village includes three lakes and all the outdoor activities that go along with them.
Stonehenge Market is the perfect place for the residents of the Wedges at Greystone to go shopping. Among the vendors is a Harris Teeter grocery store, as well as a Rite Aid Pharmacy and a Stein Mart. There are a variety of other businesses nearby, including GNC and Sun Trust Bank. There are also quite a few food and drink retailers, including Ben & Jerry’s, Brueggers Bagel, and Starbucks.
