Tall Tree is a neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina. The neighborhood is made up of only a single road located off of Tall Tree Place. Major roads in the area include Blue Ridge Road to the north, Blue Ridge Road and Edwards Mill Road to the west, Lake Boone Trail to the south, and Interstate 440 to the east.

Off the corner of Lake Boone Trail and Blue Ridge Road is the medical hub of the area. This is the home of Rex Healthcare Hospital and the numerous supporting medical businesses surrounding it. This area provides much of the major medical care and specialty medical services for the surrounding area. It is also a major center for emergency medical problems due to the close location to Interstate 440.

South of the hospital is the North Carolina Museum of Modern Art. This massive facility is home to some of the finest art exhibits in the world. In fact, the museum has dozens of exhibits featuring art from all over the world that change throughout the year. The constantly changing exhibits make the museum a unique experience with each visit. The museum is also popular with area schools for field trips. Educational programs at the museum help make art and culture a little more understandable and exciting for children of all ages.

Slightly farther south of the museum is Carter Finley Stadium. The stadium is the home of the college football team for North Carolina State University. It is also a major source of pride for many in the surrounding area. The stadium hosts a large number of events throughout the year, including major concerts.

Next to Carter Finely Stadium is RBC Center. This venue is the home of the professional hockey team, the Carolina Hurricanes, and the basketball team for North Carolina State University.
