Pats Branch Apartments for Rent

The luxury home community of Pat’s Branch in northwest Raleigh, North Carolina, is located just off Ebenezer Church Road, near Highway 70. Highway 70 is the main commercial throughway for the area and is home to many of the areas stores and restaurants.

Pat’s Branch is a small community of custom built homes that offers fabulous home amenities and large lot sizes. Prices start at right around $600K and square footage starts at 3,000 square feet. There are only a total of 23 homesites available here, some have already been built and some are yet to be developed.

Schools that students here attend include Stough Elementary School, Carroll Middle School, and Sanderson High School.

Just west of the community lies the massive William B. Umstead State Park. This park offers visitors nearly sixteen miles of hiking trails, and nearly sixteen miles of separate bike and horseback trails, three lakes, and four campgrounds. The largest lake, Big Lake, has canoes and rowboats available for rent. Big Lake is also a fisherman’s delight, with largemouth bass, bluegills, crappies, and sunfish galore. Many visitors come from the city to enjoy the serenity and calmness found here.

For the golf lover, Wildwood Country Club is an upscale semi-private golf facility that is located just north of Pat’s Branch, near I-540. This country club offers 18-holes of golf, a driving range, two putting greens, and a practice bunker. This is a great club to be a member of if someone just wants to play golf, because it doesn’t have all of the lavish expenditures that many other clubs do, such as fitness centers, pools, and spas.

Townridge Shopping Center offers convenient, one-stop shopping for Pat’s Branch residents. Stores here include Wal Mart, Marshalls, Play it Again Sports, Golfsmith, and Ross Dress for Less. For more upscale and unique shopping and dining, locals head to Brier Creek or Crabtree Valley Mall, both not far from Pat’s Branch.
