Budleigh Apartments for Rent
Budleigh is an older neighborhood in Raleigh. Inside the beltline, Budleigh is centrally located to downtown Raleigh. This neighborhood is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the city or works there. It is just minutes away from museums, parks, the airport, and shopping, but it is surrounded by nature in a park-like setting.
If you’ve got children, Pullen Park, which is home to a lovely antique carousel, an adorable kiddie train, and a duck pond, is close by. Pullen Park opened in 1887 and has been a family attraction ever since.
Many of the houses in Budleigh were built in the 1960s, but there is a wide span in the age of the houses. The sizes and styles of houses are varied, too. The sizes range anywhere from 1,200 square feet to 6,500 square feet.
Many homes have large, old trees on their lots and are close to the street. While most of these houses were built forty years ago or more, many have been remodeled. It is very likely that any house you’re going to take a look at has undergone extensive renovations.
As the sizes and ages of the homes in Budleigh vary, so do the prices. On the lower end, the houses go for about $250,000, and on the higher end, they can be as much as $1,700,000. Prices are dependent on the age, size, and whether or not the house has been remodeled.
This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Wake County has five public schools serving the area. There are also quite a few private schools close by.
Carolina Country Club, founded in 1910, is close by and membership is by invitation only.
