Budleigh is an older neighborhood in Raleigh. Inside the beltline, Budleigh is centrally located to downtown Raleigh. This neighborhood is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the city or works there. If you’ve got children, Pullen Park, which is home to a lovely antique carousel, an adorable kiddie train, and a duck pond, is close by. Pullen Park opened in 1887 and has been a family attraction ever since.
