Situated northeast of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, the Bentley Woods neighborhood is a residential community sprawling with single-family homes and Carolina pine trees. It is located south of Perry Creek Road, west of Louisburg Road, north of Fox Road, and east of Capital Boulevard.

Encompassed in the 27616 zip code area, Bentley Woods is surrounded by several other prominent neighborhoods, including Fox Den North, Country Pines, and Smoketree. Bentley Woods has a rural appearance, but it’s ideally located near many shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Approximately two miles to the west is Triangle Town Center, with its many large chain stores like Kmart, Target, Macy’s, and Best Buy. There are also a few restaurants here.

Two miles to the northeast is scenic Durant Nature Park, with its more than 200 acres and about five miles of nature trails through the Carolina woods. Visitors can enjoy scenic overlooks of the lakes and small streams that wind through the park. Durant holds the annual Great Backyard Bird Count, making it an ideal location for bird watchers.

Residents of Bentley Woods are less than nine miles from downtown Raleigh. Downtown offers a variety of entertainment venues, art galleries, and museums. For an evening out, visitors have plenty of nightlife activities from which to choose, from pubs to the opera.
