The Bakers Landing Complex is located in Greystone Village in Raleigh, North Carolina. Built between 1981 and 1983, the neighborhood consists of 56 townhomes on Bakers Lake. Greystone Village is situated around three lakes that were formerly the local getaway of the prominent Baker Family. Some of the street names of the subdivision refer to the local history of the area and that of the Baker Family. Bakers Landing is a friendly and well-maintained area.

Bakers Landing is situated on Sawmill Road and Breckon Way and is convenient to I-50 and I-540. The neighborhood lies approximately 7 miles from North Carolina State University, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and downtown Raleigh with all of its attractions and amenities. Crabtree Mall is also easily reached by I-540. Stonehenge Mall is another popular shopping center that is easily accessed by I-50.

The Bakers Landing subdivision has a very active neighborhood association, which conducts a neighborhood watch and hosts several annual activities such as the Bakers Landing Yard Sale. The Bakers Landing Neighborhood Association has regular meetings and publishes a neighborhood newsletter.

The Greystone Swim and Racquet Club is a neighborhood amenity. The club sits on a 9-acre heavily wooded area and offers basketball, volleyball and tennis courts and a swimming pool. It also features a swim team and hosts annual barbecues and other special events. Additionally, fishing is available on all three Greystone lakes for residents on a catch and release program.

The city of Raleigh has opened the Greystone Recreation Center on Lead Mine Road and Sawmill Road. The 9,600 square foot indoor play area features a rock climbing wall, a dance fitness studio, and several meeting rooms and classrooms.

Local schools include Sanderson High School, which offers the Academy of Finance, the Paideia Program, Advanced Placement Courses, and Air Force ROTC. Lynn Road Elementary School and Carroll Middle School are also in the area and enjoy high community approval ratings.
