Jersey City Apartments For Rent
If you want that hustle-and-bustle, move into a Jersey City apartment. This is one of the most populated areas in the US. Jersey City is wedged between Newark and Manhattan on the Bergen Neck peninsula. This city has long been a major draw for those looking to live as close as possible to New York City without the high cost. Apartments in Jersey City are more affordable while still within close proximity to the city. Most residents of Jersey City don’t even own a car, preferring the comprehensive public transit system. There’s the rail (with the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, PATH, and the Hoboken Terminal-New Jersey Transit to choose from), ferries, water taxis, buses, and bicycles – Jersey City is part of the East Coast Greenway, a 3,000-mile urban path linking major cities along the Atlantic Coast from Florida to Maine. The city also has dedicated bike lanes that run throughout the area.
