Cranesnest Park is a cultural monster within West Palm Beach, Florida. Not only is the area scenic and incredibly beautiful with the ocean nearby, it has plenty of cultural offerings to keep boredom at bay. There are also many other offerings that make Cranesnest Park a hot spot in West Palm Beach.

It is hard to move in Cranesnest Park without bumping into cultural offerings. These attractions can be found in virtually every direction. Off of Olive Avenue is the Norton Museum of Art. This nice little museum features art from around the world with regularly changing exhibits that make each visit a unique one. Rosemary Avenue is home to the comedic arts, where Improv Comedy Club can be found. Improv Comedy Club is a staple in this part of West Palm Beach, bringing in some of the biggest comedic talent from around the world. Another major cultural attraction is the Howard F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, which provides performance arts to a crowd throughout the year.

Many come to this part of the world to visit Palm Beach Atlantic University. This moderate-sized school has many different degree and certificate programs. The school also has many amenities, such as Warren Library, that are used by the public.

Next to Palm Beach Atlantic University is Woodlawn Cemetery. While typically a cemetery would simply be overlooked, this one provides a great deal of history and has an impressive arched entryway that calls out to passersby. Built in the early 1900s, it was meant to be the most beautiful cemetery in all of Florida.

For recreation, Howard Park off of Parker Avenue is easily the best in the area. This park has a great many scenic trails, picnic areas, and a number of tennis courts and sports fields.
