North Tampa is a community situated near the heart of everything collegiate. Just a short distance away from the University of South Florida, North Tampa is home to educators and students alike. Being close to a major campus has numerous perks for area residents.

University of South Florida is not only a great place to catch a basketball, football, or baseball game, it also provides an excellent venue for some big national names. University of South Florida is known for bringing in major musical acts, political debates, regular speakers, and even comedians. The Sun Dome is one of the largest venues in the area, making it the ideal location for any big event.
