The Eastbrook neighborhood is located in north Tampa among numerous residential areas and lakes.
Located far enough from the traffic and noise of the city, Eastbrook residents have quick access to the Veteran’s Expressway, affording them an easy connection to all areas of Tampa.
Eastbrook’s proximity to Ehrlich Road provides residents access to the Citrus Park area where the Big Cat Rescue sanctuary, home to more than 100 exotic wild cats, is located and open to the public.
The Veteran’s Expressway also provides easy access to the paved, 7.25-mile Upper Tampa Bay Trail, which is open to biking, walking, skating, jogging, fishing, and horseback riding. Parking, restrooms, and potable water are available along the trail.
Two wilderness preserves in the area are Brooker Creek County Preserve to the west of the community, right by near the Eagles Golf Course. The much larger Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park is set a little further to the north.

Northdale Golf & Tennis Club, Emerald Greens, Avila Golf & Country Club, and Tampa Golf Range and Learning Center are all a short driving distance from Eastbrook. Further west of the neighborhood is the Eagles Golf & Country Club.
There are many shopping venues and strip malls, markets, restaurants, and bars, in the north Tampa/Carrollwood area. Convenient to Eastbrook are The Plaza at Citrus Park, Westfield Citrus Park Town Center, Dibbs Plaza, and Cascades of Carrollwood.
K-12 schools convenient to the Eastbrook neighborhood include Hillsdale Christian Academy & Preschool, Montessori of Citrus Park, Citrus Park Elementary, Citrus Park Christian School, Northwest Elementary, Hill Middle School, and Sickles High School.
