Royal Lakes Apartments for Rent

Royal Lakes is a residential neighborhood located southeast of downtown Jacksonville. The borders of the community are Interstate 95 to the west, southside Boulevard to the east, and Old Baymeadows Boulevard to the north.

This is a diverse residential neighborhood. It contains several very upscale apartment complexes, condo units, and single-family homes. These are all mixed into a neighborhood that has beautiful tree-lined streets.

Green Tree Place features one- and two-bedroom apartments that come in seven different floor plans. This complex includes a fitness center, swimming pool, and tennis courts and is s a very desirable place to rent an apartment.

Along Western Way, which runs near the western border of the neighborhood, are a hotel and many commercial office buildings associated with small industries. There are several apartment complexes as well. Southside Boulevard is a four-lane road with very little on or around it except open space and an occasional commercial building.

On the eastern side of the neighborhood, there are some areas of high-end single family homes. Both single- and two-story residences were built in this portion of Royal Lakes. The homes there have sidewalks and large yards with great landscaping. The exterior finishes vary from brick and stone to frame, and there are many different home styles.

Like its neighboring communities, Royal Lakes is close to many small lakes and other bodies of water. Some of the condos for sale are listed as waterfront properties.

On the northeastern edge of the neighborhood is the Deerwood Village Shopping Center, which contains a Publix Super Market. There are also a variety of restaurants in the Royal Lakes community, such as CiCi’s Pizza, Panera Bread, and Chili’s Bar and Grill.
