San Francisco at a Glance
South Beach Neighborhood
In 1981, San Francisco transformed dilapidated warehouses, storage yards, and piers in South Beach to an elegant neighborhood often referred to as “The New Nob Hill.” Stunning views of the San Francisco Bay Bridge and the city skyline are seen from the residential property in Rincon Hills and Brannan Street. The towering skyscrapers double as luxurious living spaces. Condominiums, apartments, and lofts designed for living and working are some of the most desirable and valued real estate in the city.
The pedestrian-friendly neighborhood was designed for work and play. South Beach has access to freeways and public transportation. From the Embarcadero, the ferry system links residents and visitors to popular destinations which include Alcatraz, Angel Island, and Marin County.
Prominent features dominate the South Beach city landscape, and AT&T Park is one of them. The San Francisco Giants, champions of the 2010 World Series, make their home here. Visitors can savor the restaurants, cafes, and bars surrounding the ball park.
The Asian Art Museum contains three floors of exquisite, ancient art from India to Indonesia. The architectural masterpiece was the San Francisco’s main library since 1916, but since its renovation, it was converted into an art museum and now houses one of the largest collections of Asian art. Docent tours or free audio headsets are offered.
The family-friendly Zeum: San Francisco’s Children’s Museum focuses on creativity, collaboration, and communication for children. Opened in 1998, the 34,000-foot, 87-acre urban renewal project reaches over 250,000 people in the community. Zeum provides hands-on, multimedia, and technology experiences for its visitors.
Since 1978, Punch Line San Francisco has been San Francisco’s premier downtown comedy club, where residents and visitors with a minimum age of 18 enjoy comedy, drinks, and dinner. Major stand-up comics who have performed here include Robin Williams, Chris Rock, and Ellen DeGeneres.

About Our Deals
Apartment Finder utilizes the industry's largest and most complete database of real-time rents and availabilities to help you find an amazing deal on your next rental.
Price Drop
Apartment communities change their rental rates often - sometimes multiple times a day. We track the changes and keep you up to date when a rental rate decreases.
Best Value
"Best value" units are located in buildings rated three stars or higher. We label apartment rentals that are priced significantly less than similar high-quality units nearby.
Rent Specials
Apartment communities regularly advertise deals for new residents. Whether it's a move-in special or a free tv, we locate the rentals that offer a little something extra when you sign your lease.
Note: Based on community-supplied data and independent market research. Subject to change without notice.
