Pet Policies

Non-aggressive breeds only. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Animals under 30 lbs permitted on all floors. Animals 30-75 lbs permitted on first floor only. Non-refundable pet fee of $250 and refundable pet deposit of $250. Pet Rent is $20 per pet, per month. Only cats and dogs over 12 months old. Vaccination record and picture required. All pets are subject to approval based on pet interview by management.
