Situated just one block north of the Broken Arrow Expressway (Knightdale Bypass), the Midtown Terrace neighborhood of Tulsa, Oklahoma is less than ten minutes away from downtown. Bounded by Eleventh Street in the north, Utica Avenue on the west, Thirteenth Street to the south, and Lewis Avenue on the east, it sits in the 74104 ZIP code.

A range of early twentieth century architecture graces the tree-lined streets of Midtown Terrace, which is made up of mostly residential properties. Most of the neighborhood’s businesses line its borders on Utica and Lewis Avenues, though a small part of the neighborhood is overlapped by the Hillcrest Medical Center.

Midtown Terrace is next door to Benedict Park, which features a playground, lighted tennis court, water playground, outdoor basketball, shelter, picnic tables, and restrooms on 3.8 acres. The park is also home to Tulsa Bike Polo. Centennial Park, Tracy Park, and Maple Park are all close to the neighborhood as well.

Several coffee shops and casual dining establishments encircle Midtown Terrace and Tulsa’s only enduring historical movie theater, Circle Cinema (which first opened in 1928) is just over a mile’s drive away. The Midtown Terrace neighborhood is approximately one mile away from the University of Tulsa, one and one quarter mile from Utica Square Shopping Center, and a mere ten minute drive from the Tulsa Zoo and Living Museum.

Surrounding neighborhoods to Midtown Terrace include Forest Orchard on the west, Terrace Drive to the south, Renaissance on the east and Kendall-Whittier to the north.
