The midtown Tulsa neighborhood of Mayo Meadow is bounded by East Twenty-first Street to the north, East Twenty-seventh Place to the south, South Yale Avenue to the east, and South Pittsburgh Avenue to the west. The neighborhood is made up of about 900 residences just south of Tulsa’s Expo Square Pavilion, the multi-use arena for sporting and many other city events.

Woodward Park is known for its lovely rose garden and gazebo. Whiteside Park features amenities such as a playground area, indoor gym, sports fields, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

A popular shopping spot for area residents is Tulsa Promenade Mall, located on South Yale. With more than 100 specialty stores, restaurants, and an accompanying movie theater complex, this shopping center attracts many Mayo Meadow residents.
