Williams Creek is a neighborhood in southeastern Columbus, Ohio, about 18 minutes from downtown. This community can be found just east of Alum Creek Drive and north of Williams Road. One of the most significant features of the Williams Creek area is the Three Creeks Park, situated immediately east and southeast of the neighborhood. Formerly known as Three Rivers Park, this large metropolitan park is widely considered one of the best in the city. It spans more than 1,050 acres. Picnic areas, playing fields and playgrounds sit next to undeveloped fields, wetlands, forests, and prairies where wildlife like deer and birds can be viewed. Joggers, bikers, and dog walkers flock to Three Creeks to utilize the 13 miles of trails.
Williams Creek residents are a short drive southwest of Berwick Plaza Shopping Center, as well as the retail area at the intersection of Highway 317 and I-270. At least five shopping centers can be found here, within a few miles of Williams Creek, including the Eastland Mall. The latter is a popular destination for both shopping and entertainment, offering roughly 100 specialty shops and dining options.
